Quotes and Bookings
Quotes are based on the information provided by the client. Final pricing and scope may be confirmed after reviewing property details, access, service requirements, frequency, and any requested extras.
Client Responsibilities
Clients should provide accurate service details, safe access, parking or entry instructions where relevant, and notice of hazards, fragile items, restricted areas, or special requirements.
Service Scope
ElitePrime Services will complete the agreed cleaning checklist or service scope. Extra tasks, heavy build-up, specialist work, or changes requested on the day may require updated pricing or scheduling.
Cancellations and Changes
If you need to change or cancel a booking, contact us as early as possible so we can manage scheduling and team allocation.
Feedback and Follow-Up
Clients are encouraged to report service issues promptly so ElitePrime Services can review and follow up professionally.
